Getting Started

Get up and running with HUMA in under 5 minutes.

What is HUMA?

HUMA is an AI-powered recruitment platform built by HUMAIN. It automates your entire hiring pipeline — from AI voice interviews to human panel sessions to AI-generated evaluation reports — all within a secure, multi-tenant workspace.

The pipeline looks like this:

Candidate Applied → AI Voice Interview → Human Panel Interview → AI Report → Decision

Every step is handled in one platform. No context switching between tools.

Quick Start

1. Create your account

Go to app.humain-tech.com/register and sign up with your email or Google account. Every new account receives $10 in free welcome credits — no credit card required.

2. Create a workspace

After signing in, you'll be prompted to create or join a workspace. Workspaces are fully isolated environments — each with its own positions, candidates, reports, and billing.

Give your workspace a memorable slug (e.g. acme-hiring). This slug appears in your workspace URL.

3. Create a position

Navigate to Positions → New Position. Fill in the job title, description, and configure your evaluation factors (the criteria HUMA will use to score candidates).

4. Add a candidate

Go to Candidates → Add Candidate. You can add candidates one by one or bulk-upload CVs. Each candidate gets a unique, secure personal interview link — no account needed on their end.

5. Send an AI Voice Call invite

Select a candidate → click Send AI Call Invite. The candidate receives an email with a link to join their AI voice interview. No account creation required on their end.

6. Review the AI report

Once the interview ends, HUMA automatically generates an evaluation report. Go to Reports to view the score, evaluation factors, strengths, weaknesses, and recommendation.

Core Concepts

Workspace Roles

HUMA has two roles per workspace:

  • Admin — full access including billing, workspace settings, and member management
  • Member — access to positions, candidates, interviews, and reports
